Guidelines for Online Application Payments for Admission to Master of Business Administration
(Session 2020-2021)

NOTE: Admission will be stricly based on the criteria prescribed by All India Council for Technical Education & Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.

  • Use Firefox or Google Chrome to fill Application Form.
  • Read instructions and admission rules carefully.
  • Read the Eligibility Criteria carefully then fill the Registration & Application Forms.
  1. Only Female candidates are eligible to apply.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with at least 50% Aggregate Marks for General/OBC and 45% for SC/ST candidates or equivalent CGPA.
  3. If at the time of submission of Forms the results for the Qualifying marks are not available the Form may be filled as an "Appearing Candidate".
  4. The candidate will be registered as per the existing criteria for admission subject to the approval by AKTU*. Admission of any candidate not approved by AKTU* will automatically stand cancelled.
  5. Students who have appeared for UPSEE Examination are required to provide the following:
    • UPSEE Roll Number
    • UPSEE Marks Sheet
    Any discrepancy found in the details provided online and the originals presented at the time of final admission will automatically lead to cancellation of admission.
  6. Application Form is available on payment of Rs. 600/- online.
  7. The Cost of Application Form is Non-Refundable.
  8. On payment for the Online Form an OTP will be sent to the candidate on the mobile number provided by the candidate in the Registration Form.
  9. On entering OTP, access to the Application Form will be granted.
  10. The duly completed admission form should be submitted.
  1. Passport size Scanned copy of Photograph of Candidate (3.5cm X 4.5cm, upto 100KB).
  2. Scanned copy of Signature of Candidate (3.5cm X 1.5cm, upto 100KB).
  3. Seat Locking Fee - Online Payment of Rs. 30,000/-.


  • Payment of Rs. 30,000/- will be adjusted in 1st Year Fee submitted by the Student.
  • Payment of Rs. 30,000/- will be refunded only in case where the student fails to Score 50% (General/OBC Category) or 45% (SC/ST Category) aggregate marks as per the Eligibility Criteria stated above.
  • The Seat locking fee will only be refunded if the student fails to fulfill the minimum qualification requirement at the time of admission, as prescribed by AICTE and AKTU. It will be non refundable for those who fulfill the qualification for admission.

Print copy of the Form and Fee Receipt

  1. Applicants have to retain a Printout of their Application form which will be needed later on.
  2. Applicants can also take a copy of their Payment Receipt.
